Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is the point person for their entire appointed region. DOs are the lead communicators of all info that is key to the area’s success. DOs set the standard for quality and hospitality, manages the team’s performance, and constantly finds ways to make Luke’s better by supporting managers and liaising with the HQ team.

So you like seafood? Current Teammates get a 50% discounts on all products, on or off shift. Is there such a thing as too many lobster rolls? We don't think so, but the current record is ten in one sitting.
