Become a part of the team! Luke’s Lobster is nothing without our crew. At Luke's, we value personality and drive over experience alone. We push our people to achieve their highest potential. We reward success with a fair wage, opportunities to grow, and best in class benefits. We foster a fun and supportive community that drives engagement and passion.

We love training and developing our teammates to not only be successful at Luke's, but successful leaders in their everyday world. If this sounds up your alley, take a look below and apply!

Luke’s offers medical, dental, and vision benefits to all of our full-time managers, as well as to full-time (30+ hours/week) Teammates after 1 year of employment.

So you like seafood? Current Teammates get a 50% discount on all products, on or off shift. Is there such a thing as too many lobster rolls? We don't think so, but the current record is ten in one sitting.

All full-time crew and any Teammates in our DC, SF, or NY regions can take advantage of pre-tax commuter benefits through a company sponsored plan.

Our ship is growing! Luke's is always looking for Teammates who are eager to take the next step in their career and grow with us. We have an aggressive internal promotion goal and development bonus program to encourage this all around.

Luke's likes to look out for its crew, even in the years ahead. We offer a low-asset-fee company sponsored 401k retirement plan with a 50% match up to an annual cap for all employees (PT or FT) after 1 year of employment.

We want to support our Managers inside the workplace and out. We are proud to offer up to 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave to qualifying crew-members.

At Luke’s, our company culture comes first. We are proud and passionate about the work environment we have fostered and are excited to see it continue to grow. We value diversity, creativity, and open communication from all levels. Part of this culture is also finding ways to give back to our communities and environment, including the Keeper Fund, to keep our waterways healthy.

Luke’s makes it a priority to lead the pack in terms of providing a fair wage (plus tips!), and provide competitive salaries with bonus opportunities to our management team. Luke's also values the importance of a healthy work life balance, and strives our best to accommodate dynamic schedules.

We want you to showcase who you are and be comfortable at work (tattoos and dyed hair ok by us) within DOH standards, of course!
