Bacon-Wrapped Scallops
Serves 6

These quintessential, cocktail-party favorite scallops are sure to be the first empty plate at your New Year's Eve celebration!


1lb scallops, feet removed
1 lb bacon
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Set a wired rack in a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Wrap bacon around the outside of each scallop. If bacon strips are too wide, feel free to slice them down the center to better fit your scallops.
  3. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
  4. Roast for about 18-20 minutes until bacon and scallops are cooked through.
  5. Serve warm!
