Restaurant Group Accounting Coordinator
A Mainer through and through, Allison found Luke's during her time studying at George Washington University when she answered a Craigslist ad looking for teammates who loved Vacationland. After graduating, she worked her way from a teammate to eventually become Director of Catering. In 2018 she returned to Maine, where she grows our catering program around the country, all from her "temporary" office in a large, unused, cooler at our seafood company, affectionately known as the "Catering Cave." When she's not delivering lobster rolls to Joe Biden, you can find Allison taking pictures of her food, doing Sunday crosswords, and wearing too much LL Bean. Just kidding, there's no such thing as too much LL Bean.
