General Manager, Penn Quarter
Chris Fusco was born on Long Island and lived in Wisconsin and Pittsburgh before settling down in DC for the last 8 years. Chris started his career in hospitality at the age of 15 at a McDonald's, and since then has been the chef and manager of multiple restaurants, from fine dining to quick service, after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in business and hospitality management.
When not at work, Chris enjoys hanging out with his kids Logan and Cecilia (fun fact - they were both born at Georgetown University), his dog Riley and his parrot Milo. He also enjoys spending time off golfing, fishing, and occasionally playing ice hockey. When not at work, you'll also find him outside his apartment, smoking large cuts of meat on his offset smoker.
